At SparrowHawk Australia, we are still here to help!
Dear customer,
As this extraordinary situation continues to evolve, we’re doing everything we can to support our customers and staffs.
To keep our staffs and collaborators safe, we are now working from home. Our software development team are still working to keep all of our apps up to date. However, we are experiencing some problem while transitioning from the office environment to the home environment. Therefore, some project that we are expected to deliver this month (April) will be pushed back at least one month.
Our customer service team is still working but at a fraction of the normal capacity. Customers with support request have to wait for some time to get a reply from us.
Our entire team has done a brilliant job in continuing to serve you during this unprecedented time. Thank you for showing them respect and gratitude. We've faced many challenges over the past few months and no doubt there are more to come. Rest assured, we are still here and we will do everything that we can to help our customers.
